As a relational therapist, I understand this to be one of the most crucial parts of us: the desire to experience real connection and a deep sense of belonging in our relationships. I am currently a Master of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy candidate at Syracuse University and am being supervised for licensure (LMFT) in individual and couples therapy by Senior Clinician Robyn Flores, LPC, NCC, ACS, CST.
My goal is to guide my clients on their journey towards self-actualization and healing through a narrative and collaborative lens, where we work together to create a plan that allows you to live your life on your own terms. Above all, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve greater sexual, relational, and emotional well-being. I believe everyone has the right to a fulfilling and satisfying sex life and am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals through intentional partnership and compassion
I prefer an eclectic approach, and I believe you ultimately hold the power to create real change while it is my role to support and guide you through this process. I may incorporate narrative work and solution-focused strategies during sessions to help guide you toward your goals. I look forward to being in this work with you!
I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, partners, and families from all backgrounds and walks of life, including consensual non-monogamous relationships, LGBTQIA+, and kink communities. I’m dedicated to providing a respectful, non-judgmental, and affirming space for clients to explore their sexuality and relationship dynamics. Additionally, my interests include sexual trauma, infidelity, sexual dysfunction, desire differences, power dynamics, relational maintenance, and issues involving dominant discourse and marginalization.
