My approach to therapy is integrative and humanistic, relying heavily on positive psychology, trauma-informed approaches, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness. I am an EMDR trained therapist and incorporate EMDR into my work when appropriate.

As a sex therapist in training, I welcome LGBTQ+, kink, and non-monogamous clients. I am passionate about destigmatizing “alternative sexualities”, sex-positive sex education, and helping clients live authentically.
