My theoretical approach is derived from a systems framework perspective. This is coupled with a focus on attachment and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) that is often very helpful in sessions. I would love to meet you!
I am currently pursuing my certification in Sex Therapy through the Sexual Health Alliance which allows me to help clients address sexual issues that may be impacting their relationships and overall well-being. I welcome polyamorous, non-monogamous, kink, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, gender identity, sexual identity, multicultural concerns, relationship issues, and partners seeking to improve their communication, intimacy, and overall satisfaction in their relationships.
