Sexual health discussions have never made me uncomfortable in any way and I like to provide a safe space for clients to discuss these topics. Many people experience shame about their relationship preferences, kinks, and sexual orientation. I understand this and am passionate about helping individuals and couples who may be struggling in this area.
I use and integrative therapeutic approach when it comes to counseling. I believe that being able to draw upon techniques and theories from multiple approaches lets me cater the treatment to each client’s individual needs. I would love to help you discover what these needs may look like for you and develop a plan to get you there.
