My educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, where I’ve developed expertise in understanding human behavior and the complexities of mental health. My training as a Certified Professional Coach, as a Peer Support Specialist, and training in Mental Health First Aid, and Trauma Informed Care, and former Emergency Medical Technician equips me to approach individuals with trauma histories with sensitivity and empathy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and recommend appropriate care when I can no longer provide appropriate assistance. I am a member of the International Federation of Coaches (ICF) and ICF Code of Ethics. I have been a member of the International Association of Professional Life Coaches (IAPLC) since 2016, which keeps me current with the latest trends and best practices in coaching, allowing me to offer the highest level of support to clients.
