My social-work background has prepared me to work with diverse clients experiencing a wide array of concerns. I believe that we cannot be fully understood outside of the context of our environments. I approach issues from a biopsychosocial lens, examining the complex interplay of biology, psychology, and our social environments in shaping our experiences. Typical first meeting
Our first meeting will include a free 15 minute phone consultation where I will tell you a little bit about myself and my practice and you can ask me any questions you have to ensure we are a good fit to work together. Should we decide to move forward, our first meeting will be a 60-90 minute intake appointment, where we will gain insight and direction for our work together. From there, we will create a plan moving forward. Each treatment plan is unique and specifically tailored to you and what you are wanting to get out of our time together.
