How I can help you

Relationships play a large role in our lives and greatly contribute to our overall well-being. Our sex life can be understood as a reflection of our relationships, how we feel about ourselves and others, and how we are functioning in all aspects of our daily lives. If your sexual health is suffering, it may be a symptom of suffering in other areas of your life as well. I believe in a multifaceted approach to resolving sexual challenges and relationship issues, whether they have evolved recently, or have lingered for years. By integrating education and psychological counseling with medical techniques and therapies, I am confident I can help you achieve clarity in your relationships, a sense of peace, and a full and satisfying sex life. That is the goal.

Typical first meeting

A typical first meeting involves me understanding what is bringing you in for therapy and what goals you would ideally like to achieve. Additionally, the first meeting involves gathering some background information and based on what is bringing you in, could also include providing resources and tools to help get the ground running toward your goals.
