I have been in private practice for 11 years and supervising a group practice now for 5 years with providers licensed in Colorado (in-person in Greeley and Fort Collins; Telehealth statewide) as well as Wyoming, and Utah (both Telehealth only).

Our practice focuses specifically on adult relationships and sex therapy. We have recently begun also offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy services for individuals and couples dealing with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual shame, couples enrichment, and spiritual/existential struggles. We also have providers on staff who specialize in relationships where one or both individuals is neurodiverse.

How I can help you

First, I work from a place of hope, compassion, and humor. This helps people to find ways to be comfortable and at ease in our therapy sessions and with me. As we establish our sessions as a place of safety and non-judgment from which we can engage the difficult issues, we begin to build a better understanding of both the challenges that you want to confront, how you react to those issues, and the patterns that keep you stuck there. Our focus is on a positive outlook, learning from the past without blaming it or dwelling there, and developing the internal skills and tools that allow us to *feel* better and *live* better.

Typical first meeting

We start with a 20-minute, online, free consultation. This gives us an opportunity to chat "face to face" so we can get a sense of one another and feel confident that we will be a good fit. If we both feel good about working together, we'll book an intake session (online or in person). The intake is the first therapeutic meeting. It is a 90-minute session where we start getting into who you are and how you came to be where you are. We also start to outline what you want to accomplish, how you want to change or grow, and where you want to heal.

What I specialize in

I work with couples and individuals address a range of relational and sexual challenges or barriers. Some of my specific areas of specialty include unwanted sexual behaviors, sexual shame (including religious sexual shame), sexless marriages, desire discrepancy, infidelity, and sexual functioning.
