My therapeutic model pulls modalities from Feminism Theory, Adlerian Theory, Reality/Choice Therapy, Emotionally Focused [couples] Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we can dismantle your misconceptions and in a safe environment for you or you and your partner(s) to enjoy self-discovery in the world of sex and intimacy. I specialize in trauma work, relationship intimacy and anxiety, sex education, and working with the kink and LGBTQ+ communities. I am also passionate about de-stigmatizing non-monogamy.
