Typical first meeting
I use an integrative therapeutic approach when it comes to counseling. I believe that being able to draw upon techniques and theories from multiple approaches allows us create a treatment plan to best reflect each individual’s needs. I often encourage my clients to do fun, engaging "homework" in between sessions as well to build upon what we discuss together. Empathy, openness, and understanding are at the forefront of all my client interactions.

I have experience working with individuals spanning many different walks of life. I work alongside individuals as well as couples with all different relationship and intimacy styles including monogamous, polyamorous, consensual non-monogamous, swing, kink, and other non-traditional relationships. I’m also professionally trained to work with individuals and couples of all sexualities and gender identities. I strongly believe that everyone deserves great sex and the intimacy they crave and would be honored to help you along this journey!
