I help people feel more safe, comfortable, and pleasurable in their bodies — and I love this work. Self-esteem and sexuality are my favorite topics to navigate, closely followed by trauma healing and addressing the stresses of everyday life. It can be downright hard to be a human, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. In addition to my therapy training, I’ve worked as a fitness instructor since 2012 (yoga, Pilates, barre, dance, meditation), and have dedicated thousands of hours of study to the human body and how it relates to our mental wellness. While we probably won’t do push-ups together in-session, I bring a wealth of mind-body knowledge into my counseling work.
