I will make contact with someone typically via email to their inquiry, and sometimes phone call. I will give the client the chance to schedule a phone/video consult which is typically 15-20 minutes. We will process my modalities I utilize, explore issues they might be having, and discuss ways we can work with one another on said issues with my therapy style. Post running insurance checks or fee schedules, I will send out intake paperwork electronically to sign. Once those are complete, we schedule the first session. Progress is very unique to the individual, I always meet people where they are at and take a holistic approach. I work with people that are typically experiencing grief and loss, infertility, trauma, depression and anxiety.
