I'm Vielca McBride and guiding you towards this is my top priority as a therapist. I practice in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and AASECT-certified sex therapist (CST). I also hold sex therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance (SHA). Sexual struggles are more common than you may think and I am here to create a comforting, confidential space to help move you toward your goals.

I am a holistic & inclusive trauma & sex therapist. I love to help clients work on the issues most important to them and to talk about those things that you may not be able to with anyone else. Trauma, sex, relationships, everything is on the table, because it is all YOU! I approach issues from a holistic lens, which includes all aspects of your life experience. My work is strengths based and client centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your life and you possess unique strengths to help you on your journey. Together we will foster and build your strengths as we embark on the path towards self-discovery and healing. I use a variety of therapies specifically tailored each client’s needs. These include: cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic EMDR, Mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy and more. I am a queer, kinky, non-monogamous sex coach and mentor. My focus is on taking you beyond shame and into confidence about expressing your authentic sexual self. I am certified as a life coach through Lumia and as a sex coach through the Sexual Health Alliance. I have been in private practice for 11 years and supervising a group practice now for 5 years with providers licensed in Colorado (in-person in Greeley and Fort Collins; Telehealth statewide) as well as Wyoming, and Utah (both Telehealth only). Our practice focuses specifically on adult relationships and sex therapy. We have recently begun also offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy services for individuals and couples dealing with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual shame, couples enrichment, and spiritual/existential struggles. We also have providers on staff who specialize in relationships where one or both individuals is neurodiverse.
